We hope this message finds you safe and warm. We wanted to share the most up-to-date weather information and what it means for Winter GAEL Conference Expo setup and programming, while also encouraging you to do what feels safest for you and your team.
Weather Update
Athens began receiving light snowfall around 10:00 a.m. today, with forecasts indicating snow will move out by approximately 5:00 p.m. While we are continuing to monitor conditions closely, we feel confident moving forward with the conference beginning Monday morning as planned.
What This Means for Exhibitors

Expo Setup

Sunday: 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

If you are able, we strongly encourage being set up by 5:00 p.m. Sunday, as we kick off the conference with our Annual Welcome Reception at that time.

Set up is also available Monday morning from 6:00 – 7:15 a.m.

Sunday at 5:00 p.m. at the Classic Center

All exhibitors and attendees are encouraged to attend — this is a high-energy networking opportunity and a great way to kick off the conference.
