The 2016 Georgia General Assembly is scheduled to have its last legislative day tomorrow, March 24.  There are many bills and issues left to be resolved and you will get the Sine Die Report on Friday.

Perhaps the biggest issues of the session, other than the budget, will be decided by Governor Nathan Deal on or before May 6.  The Governor has 40 days once the session ends to either veto, sign, and allow bills to become law without his signature.  The religious freedom legislation, the campus gun carry bills, and others may come down to that day.  There is no reason at this point to believe that he will NOT veto SB 364—but anything can and often does happen.  We will report on those matters as they become available.
