BREAKOUT SESSIONS AT SUMMER GAEL TO LOOK AND SOUND DIFFERENTLY

Wednesday April 27, 2016

We are going to try something different for the Breakout Sessions at this year’s Summer Conference.  First we will do one set of breakout sessions in the morning and one in the afternoon of July 11.  Secondly we are committing ten of the breakout sessions to one theme—Equity.  Many thanks go to Lynn Pennington of SSTAGE and Sarah West of G-CASE for recruiting the presenters for the equity sessions.  In addition to the sessions on Equity there will be fourteen other sessions that will range in interest from Georgia’s literacy initiative to turning around school systems to dealing with dropouts and with differentiation.  We will have the full schedule of breakouts later.  It promises to be a most productive Summer Conference.
