Cyndee Phillips
Cyndee Phillips is employed by the Franklin County Board of Education as the Executive Director of Teaching, Learning and Student Services, a central office administrative position, a position she has held for the past eight years. She previously taught fifth, sixth, seventh, and eighth grade students for 16 years.
After receiving an AA Degree in Liberal Arts from Emmanuel College in 1981, Cyndee received BA in from Emmanuel College School in 1983. She received a Master’s of Education degree in Middle Grades Education from Brenau University in 1993. Cyndee received her Educational Specialist’s degree from Clemson University in Educational Leadership in 1998. Currently, she is a doctoral candidate at Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA.
Cyndee is married to Dr. David C. Phillips, and is the mother of two children, Courtney and Grayson.
